Overview
- ARKeX will be commencing surveys within identified areas in the UKCS where gravity gradiometry can offer new insights to both mature and frontier areas
- First phase of acquisition will be carried out Summer 2010.
- ARKeX will be acquiring the data on a dedicated vessel to guarantee the best possible coverage and data quality.
BlueQube Marine
Either used as a stand alone service or integrated with existing geophysical data (e.g. seismic, well logs, EM), BlueQube delivers valuable information to aid your decision making; reducing exploration risk and increasing exploration success.
More than just gravity
The core technology in BlueQube is gravity gradiometry. It is a direct measurement of minute variations in density of the earth's gravitational field and provides a valuable insight into the subsurface geology. BlueQube Marine also collects conventional gravity data. The integration of these combined data sets will provide data of increased bandwidth and resolution giving a significant uplift over existing data.
To compliment BlueQube Marine, swath bathymetry and magnetic data can also be simultaneously acquired with the surveys and is available as an option upon request BlueQube Marine provides enhanced resolution of geological features and an improved understanding of your target geology.

Processing
Data is processed using unique patented processing algorithms that increase the resolution and usefulness of the data.
Interpretation
Both qualitative and quantitative interpretations are available using our dedicated software tools and workflows. In addition to standard products, ARKeX's Integrated Imaging Solutions group can provide enhanced seismic interpretation and integrated velocity modelling to influence 2D and 3D PSDM work
